These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hairaichanger.com (the "Service"), operated by HairAiChanger ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HairAiChanger provides AI-generated hairstyle previews. You upload a photo, choose a style, color, and scene, and we generate a preview image. Each generation costs 10 credits.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page in USD.
We may adjust prices for new purchases. Existing subscriptions retain their price for the current billing period; new prices apply on renewal with prior notice.
You agree not to:
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store the photo solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You own the AI-generated images produced from your photo, subject to applicable law. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensuring you have the right to upload it.
The Service itself — including the website design, code, branding, and curated style library — is owned by HairAiChanger and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these without permission.
AI-generated previews are for visualization purposes only. They may not perfectly match real-world results. Hair texture, length, and styling techniques can cause differences. We recommend showing results to a professional stylist as a reference.
We make no guarantees about accuracy, suitability, or results. Use AI output at your own discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairAiChanger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or our infrastructure.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith first; if unresolved, in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Colorado, United States.
